Dr. Dougho Park Wins WSO 'Spirit of Excellence Award 2025'
The recognition from the World Stroke Organization was awarded to Dr. Dougho Park for his outstanding research achievements in the field of stroke and his efforts to raise global awareness of the disease. As Director of the PSSH Medical Research Institute and institutional manager of the RES-Q (Registry of Stroke Care Quality) program, Dr. Park has made significant contributions to advancing the quality of stroke treatment and management both in Korea and internationally.
The WSO commended his consistent dedication and commitment, noting that his work has played a vital role in improving standards of stroke care and shaping global benchmarks in stroke management.
